Step 2 of 5
Which teams use AI?
Select each team and set a monthly AI spend cap. CostPilot enforces these automatically — throttling a department that goes over budget while keeping others running.
Budget caps are soft limits. CostPilot throttles AI calls to Scout tier when a team approaches its cap, and blocks when it's exceeded — unless you grant an override.
Step 3 of 5
How does your team call AI?
Choose your primary platform. We'll generate integration code specific to your stack — pre-filled with your credentials, ready to paste.
Salesforce
ServiceNow
HubSpot
Python
Node.js
Java
Ruby

Step 4 of 5
Your integration code
Your CostPilot workspace key is pre-filled. Copy the code below and drop it into your project.
✅ No AI provider key is required for the trial. Your app authenticates with CostPilot, and CostPilot routes the call using the managed trial proxy. The only things that change are your base URL and one extra header.
You're all set 🎉
Add the code. Run your app.
That's it. No terminal commands, no extra setup. The moment your app makes its first API call through CostPilot, your dashboard lights up automatically.

What happens when your app runs
1
Your app calls AI as normal — CostPilot intercepts it
2
CostPilot scores the call — routine or complex
3
Routine calls route to Scout (cheapest capable model), complex stay on your model
4
Every call logs to your dashboard — cost, tier, savings, department
